In 1895, the old church from the 12th century was demolished.
The new church was built in two years
Built of red brick in neo-Gothic style, so-called Eslövsgotik.
A cathedral-like building visible from afar.
From the cemetery you have a view towards Rönneberga hills.
In the choir stands a figure of Christ,
a copy of Thorvaldsen's "Christ the Comforter"
which stands in Copenhagen's cathedral.
In the choir there are chancel windows with biblical motifs.
Pulpit with carved figures.
A tombstone from 1636 for an honorable man.
An unusual baptismal font from the 15th century,
probably from northern Germany.
A mighty church.
Drive to Barsebäckstrand for lunch at the beach hotel and a swim.
