Hästveda Church is famous for its frescoes and a stone with runic inscriptions.
In the armory there is a runic stone
placed against the wall. The text is carved in latin. By the stone is an explanatory
sign that says that it is one of North Skåne's two runic stones.
It was once the end stone of a Romanesque tomb
from the 13th century. Text according to the sign.

in manus domine komaendo spiritum tuum : asa :
English translation:
Into your hands, Lord, I command your spirit, Åsa
According to another source, it was found in the rectory garden around 1877.
