Comes from Simris where we visited
the runestones at Simri's church.
Driving south through Gislöv on the road to Skillinge is just kilometers after
a narrow road to the left. Soon is a grassy area with two slabs on the east side
off the road. A place big enough to park the car without
blocking the road.
It is difficult to see any carvings, you can faintly
make out ships, cup marks, a wheel cross.
The carvings are from the transition between older and younger
the bronze age about 3000 years ago.
You can probably see them better
in low light and not a gray overcast day like this. Besides, it's windy
heavily. We continue down the road towards Gislövshammar.
Drive on to Simrishamn.
