Drive west from Örkelljunga, take the right in Lärkeröd. After about a kilometer is a gravel road north west of Rössjön, Troll Hallavägen. At the bridge over Trollebäcken is a small parking. In the south glimpse the lake Rössjön, a path leads there.

A path leads north along the creek. Trollebäcken runs in a ravine on the southern slope of Hallandsåsen. The trail follows it upstream. The beginning is a walking stick. Borrowed. A partly stony path. Going in the edge of a scree. One must proceed cautiously. Easy to fall. Soaked in places. Crossing the creek on the rocks a few times. At last transition can be selected to jump between stones or walk on tree trunks with a rope for support. Then climb up to Snapphanestables.

The stables are two high cliffs with a decrease between. It teaches snapphanar had a hiding place with supplies and horses. Available fireplace where picnic basket is enjoyed. Roam around the top of the cliffs. Beautiful beech forest. Against the brook it is steep. Vertigo Warning. A nice place.

Returning. The walking stick is laid back. A pleasant walk on a total of a few kilometers.
