At Holmby church is a runestone, it was discovered in 1650 in the church tower. In 1905 it was taken out and put in its current place. It's a gloomy day, park in the parking lot along the road from Flyinge. On the other side of the road is the former primary school, for a while it was a gallery. Maybe it still is? Walk through the gates, a few single roses bloom, and the passage to the church tower where the stone stands. n it is a beautiful ship image.

The inscription reads: "Sven raised these stones after Torger, his father"

It stands in the corner at the church entrance, which is decorated with Christmas trees. Stands slightly skewed. Behind the runestone is something that seems to be old lying tombstones, unreadable. On the south façade of the tower, a male figure sits in an opening, which can be interpreted as the giant Finn. Rugged weather, drive home.
