a real fiasco.

When I leave Forsemölla and Sträntemölla nature reserve I hear disturbing rumbles from dark clouds. Drive to Åvallen IP in Rörum. Adjacent is a school and orchards. This is Österlen. The apples are ripe soon. The supporter buys his ticket and takes his place. The team play bad. Has been so since the summer break. The audience follows the game intently. It's raining a little bit. A great breakthrough on the left wing, post and 1-0 to HIF. But the defense is confused. Two through-passing and suddenly 1-2. The kiosk looks tempting already. The home crowd is happy at halftime. Two teams playing poorly. Pause and of course sausage. They have good hot dogs. The game begins again. Directly a lyre, probably a failed pass, it screws nicely into the corner. The Goalkeeper makes a foolish mistake and 1-3. The hope is lit, nice shot, 2-3. A post sloughs in goal but offside. NOT? 2-4. New post, to nod in goal, looks like an own goal, but the striker offside. I'm sure, sitting in line, NOT? 2-5. The end. HIFs game is a shadow of earlier this year. Hässleholm supperters leaves. Of the for the day two bad teams, win the most effective. Home crowd drops of happy. The supporters are depressed sitting around for awhile. A bad birthday present to me.

A friend living nearby invites me home for coffee and apple cake, with the taste of ginger. Very good. Walk down to their boat in the harbor. "Wow, what a nice boat you have got," I say and point to a great big boat. "Nah, that's not it, that's the small dinghy on the side". 'Helps' to throw off the water in the boat before departure.
