5 June 2010: Ystad - HIF 2-1
Good thing that there is no wind. The place is near Sandskogen in Ystad and has not much of protection against the wind from the sea. The supporter is in place, the men is sitting on the 'Liers bench', the match can begin. Ugh, Ystad looks great, tall defense players. HIF attackers have problems, but the defense is good as usual this year. A good pass, a delicious lob, 1-0 to Ystad. Gloomy I look down on the side line. The few in the audience cheers. HIF do not have many dangerous attacks. In the break the sausage and coffee is bought from a cart. I go and look at the blue sea. HIF improve their performance in the second half. Corner, nod in goal! 1-1. It almost feels fair. The linesman's shirt and corner flags are in the same color. Oh, so close to the goal of HIF! The ball touches the inside of the goalie's feet and changes direction to end up on the wrong side of the pole. Ystad attacks, the linesman is waving for offside. But!? Referee blows free kick to Ystad. Kicked rapidly, HIF is not ready, nod in goal. Damned. HIF presses on, but it is the second loss, so close to a point.
