Comes from Brösarpshållet A large sign points to "Dunderbäcken nature reserve". The last bit is a narrow road to the parking lot. Where we agreed to meet. From the parking lot there is a path to the cycle path on the former railway embankment, Brösarp - Kristianstad. Meets a couple, asks where the hepaticas are. They are along the railway embankment. So we pass the path that goes through the forest and go directly to the railway embankment. On the edges, many hepatica bloom. Follow the embankment for a bit towards Kristianstads. Until where the path through the forest comes up. There we turn and follow the embankment the other way. Coming to an enclosure. Meet a woman who says it's fenced to prevent wolf attack. So we go in there and have lunch on the hillside, overlooking the plain. Up until now it's been warm and sunny. Clouds are rolling in in with a chilly wind. Too bad about our lunch. Going out onto the embankment again. Lots of hepatica along the embankment. Leaving the embankment and walking the road back to the car park. Lined with tar-of-Bethlehem and yellow anemones. Our party leaves and we take the path through the forest. Goes past wood anemomes and over small streams up onto the embankment. Enjoying the hepatica again. Walks the embankment back to the enclosure. Having coffee in a clearing, the sun warms. A beetle, we think it is, entertains. Proceed towards the parking lot. A peacock's eye sits on a willow twig.
